1. Cancellations by the Customer
Free Cancellation Period
You may cancel your booking free of charge if the cancellation is made at least:

24 hours before the scheduled pickup time (recommended industry standard — let me know if you want a different timeframe)
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may incur a 100% cancellation fee, as the driver and vehicle are reserved exclusively for your service.
2. No-Show Policy
A customer is considered a no-show if:

The driver cannot contact you, and

You do not arrive at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time (airport pickups may include monitoring delays)
In case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
3. Flight Delays & Airport Pickups
We monitor all flight arrivals.
If your flight is delayed, no extra charges apply, and your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly.
If your flight is canceled and you notify us before departure, a refund or full credit can be issued.
4. Service Changes
If you need to modify your booking (time, date, passengers, or vehicle type), contact us as soon as possible.
Changes are subject to availability.
Modifications requested within 12 hours of pickup may not be guaranteed.
5. Refund Processing
If you are eligible for a refund:

Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)
6. Service Issues
If you experience a problem with your transfer, please contact us immediately.
We will review the case and may offer:

7. Cancellations by LUXX BCN Transfers
In the rare event that we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, safety concerns, etc.):

We will provide an equivalent or upgraded replacement vehicle at no extra cost
